Recommended use: Cement plaster, concrete, blockwork, rendered surfaces, gypsum board, etc.

Wet film thickness: 77–103 microns per coat
Dry film thickness: 30–40 microns per coat
Coverage: 9.7–13 m²/L per coat (depends on thickness and surface type)
Surface dry time: 1 hour at 30°C
Hard dry time: 24 hours at 30°C
Recoating interval: After 24 hours
Thinner/Cleaner: Water

Shelf life: 24 months in the original sealed container, stored in a cool, dry place

Application Method

Surface Preparation

The surface must be clean, dry, non-chalky, and free from dust or loose material.
Any defects such as cracks or pinholes should be repaired before starting.
Sanding is recommended to remove any loose or non-adherent particles.

Recommended Coating System (New Surfaces)

For Exterior:

Primer: 1 coat of Oscar Original Sealer 5290
Mid Coat: 2 coats of Oscar Beauty Putty 5510
Top Coat: 2 coats of Oscar Super Semi-Gloss 5766

For Interior:

Primer: 1 coat of Oscar Beauty Sealer 5292
Mid Coat: 2 coats of Oscar Beauty Putty 5510
Top Coat: 2 coats of Oscar Super Semi-Gloss 5766

Repainting System

Primer: 1 coat of Oscar Original Sealer 5290
Top Coat: 2 coats of Oscar Super Semi-Gloss 5766

Application Procedure

Mixing: Stir the product well before use.
Application method: By brush, roller, or airless spray.
- Spray: Nozzle size 0.021"–0.027", angle 65°–80°, pressure 140–190 kg/cm².
Optimal conditions: Do not apply below 10°C or when humidity exceeds 85%.
Number of coats: It is recommended to apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat to avoid cracking.
